TO THE ENTRANTS OF 2025

The purpose of the educational-professional program is to train highly qualified specialists\u00a0(Masters) in sociology, who demonstrate a highly developed sociological imagination, knowledge\u00a0of modern theories, methodology and methods of sociological research. MA in Sociology\u00a0(Conflict resolution and mediation) Program graduates are expected to be competent in analysis,\u00a0modelling, prognosis, early prevention and resolution of conflicts, as well as in mediation.
These\u00a0conceptual knowledge and practical skills enable students to effectively solve complex and\u00a0practical problems in the field of sociology at the local, regional, national and global levels, and to\u00a0professionally participate in applied research, analytical, consulting and educational activities,\u00a0in conflict resolution and mediation. Also, an important goal of the educational program is the\u00a0cultivation of research skills combined with the development of creative and critical thinking,\u00a0humanistic values, commitment to civic duties, autonomy and responsibility.<\/p>\r\n

The Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Sociology and Law is involved in the training and retraining of Masters of Arts in the specialty 054 “Sociology”.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Qualification:\u00a0<\/strong>Researcher, Lecturer of Sociology.
Educational Program:<\/strong> \u00abConflict Resolution and Mediation\u00bb.
Form of study:<\/strong> full-time and low residency (mostly distant).<\/p>\r\n
