The coronavirus crisis gives the planet opportunities for positive change, according to experts who prepared the eighth annual Report on World Happiness, writes The Guardian in the article ‘Happiness is contagious too’: caring for each other makes us feel better – experts. The report, which ranks countries by degree of happiness, looks at important steps towards prosperity that will prove useful in the coming weeks and months of the crisis. This was stated by Professor Richard Layard, one of the directors of the program “Prosperity” of the Center for Economic Efficiency of the London School of Economics.
